Refund and Return Policy
At InvisiVault, we stands behind the quality of our products. Because our items are high-security replicas and specialized furniture pieces shipped directly from our fulfillment centers, we enforce a strict return and refund policy to prevent fraud and abuse.
No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you simply change your mind, dislike the color, or no longer want the item after it has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Damaged or Defective Items Only
Refunds or replacements are exclusively granted if the product arrives physically damaged, broken, or defective.
To qualify for a refund or a free replacement, you must meet the following strict criteria:
  1. Report Within 48 Hours: You must contact us at support@invisivault.com within 48 hours of delivery (according to the tracking timestamp).
  2. Provide Video Evidence: You must clear and unedited video proof showing the shipping label, the package packaging, and the specific damage or defect of the item.
  3. Unused Condition: The item must be unused, unaltered, and kept in its original packaging.
If the video evidence clearly shows a major defect or shipping damage, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a store credit/refund. Items damaged due to improper customer use do not qualify for any compensation.
