🕒 Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard Shipping: Once shipped, delivery generally takes between 7-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on your location. [1]

📦 Order Tracking
Every order includes 100% end-to-end tracking. As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

InvisiVault is not responsible for any customs delays, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
❌ Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@invisivault.com with your order number. We will open an investigation and ensure a replacement or refund is issued promptly.
